In order to ensure the smooth completion of all production and operation tasks in 2018, strengthen the construction of corporate culture, cultivate employees'good working habits, create a good team management atmosphere, and promote employees to devote themselves to their daily work with a brand-new spirit. From 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on January 29-31, Huadun Gu'an Company carried out pre-class evaluation activities.

Pre-class meeting is an important part of grass-roots management in enterprises. It is the main way for managers at the grass-roots level to convey their superior system, assign their tasks and check their performance. It is a regular meeting organized by the head of a class and attended by the staff before the beginning of the work. Its main function is to inspect the attendance of the staff and to convey the information. Recent announcements of the system, summary and deployment work, warning and warning of on-duty safety, answering questions and solving difficulties, and inspiring the staff spirit. The pre-shift meeting system of Huadun Gu'an Company has been implemented since December 25, 2017. The main participants are the members of the production workshops, the Ministry of Logistics and Transportation and the Equipment Management Department. The regular spot checks are carried out by the Integrated Management Office.

The pre-class evaluation activities are attended by 11 groups of production workshop teams, logistics and transportation department and equipment management department, mainly combined with the daily pre-class meeting process and content, and each team's display time is controlled within 10 minutes. The exhibition links include: formation preparation, roll call, communication spirit, work summary and layout, performance evaluation, safety implementation, spiritual stimulation and exit. The exhibition content is not limited to these contents, but also includes innovations and sub-items, such as using shift system, selecting ordinary employees to act as presenters of pre-shift meetings, using photographs, on-site logistics and other related auxiliary tools, publicizing enterprise concepts, business principles, self-created team slogans, etc. After active exercises and other preparatory work, the evaluation process, the team spirit, and actively respond to the company's "green, efficient, profitable, harmonious" core business philosophy, "brothers work together, its profit cut gold", "excellence, casting quality model", "safe production, unity and excellence" and other slogans not only inspired the class. Group morale also ignited the enthusiasm of the judges. Although the weather was colder at - 11 C, the team members and judges were full of spirit and enthusiasm.

In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the evaluation work, the comprehensive management office has formulated detailed evaluation standards. The members of the evaluation team are composed of members of the company's leading group, the Minister of equipment management, the Minister of logistics and transportation and the director of each workshop. By scoring the performance of each group on the spot, the weighted average after removing the highest score and the lowest score is the final score of the group. After three days of comprehensive evaluation, the group is ranked according to the score level. Finally, the Ministry of Logistics and Transportation won the first place, the third group of agricultural film workshop won the second place, and the equipment management department won the third place. The judges awarded the golden banner and prizes to the above winning teams.

 

The pre-class evaluation is an activity to show the staff's style and management level. It is of great significance to enhance the staff's collective sense of honor and team sense of responsibility, safety, quality and efficiency. It is conducive to creating the learning atmosphere of the company and strengthening the construction of the company's corporate culture. Huadun Gu'an Company will insist on the pre-class meeting system as a long-term mechanism.
